“RC Andersen had the pleasure of working with T&T Construction of Central Fla., Inc. on the Rockefeller – Edison Industrial project at 2055 NJ-27, Edison, NJ 08817. T&T was the tilt-wall subcontractor on this project, and from the get-go provided great insight for a difficult tilt-wall design. This insight along with coordination with the structural engineer resulted in the adjustment of various design aspects of the tilt-wall system to provide a better product to Rockefeller Group, the client. 

Also, to accommodate the tenant, Amazon, T&T worked through last minute changes to accommodate a 3 sided dock high building (in lieu of base design of just cross dock) while maintaining a pour schedule through the winter. Even with these hurdles, T&T delivered sandwich tilt-wall panels that exceeded expectations. 

T&T’s experience and wisdom on tilt-wall panels was a major benefit to the project. The project benefited from their involvement, and I look forward to working with them on my next difficult tilt-wall project. “
